Events include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zooniverse.org\/projects\/douglassday\/transcribe-harper\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Transcribe Harper<\/strong><\/a>, featuring Harper\u2019s papers, starting on her 200th birthday, Sept. 25th<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>Frances Harper Mural<\/strong> in her adopted home of Philadelphia, in collaboration with Mural Arts Philadelphia, Fall 2025<\/li>\n<li>An exciting <strong>special issue of new poetry<\/strong> in conversation with Harper\u2019s poetry, life, and legacy with poetry workshops in schools, community centers, and beyond<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/oldsite.coloredconventions.org\/news\/read-harper-200\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Read Harper!<\/strong><\/a>: A nationwide read-a-thon throughout 2025.
